It’s finally here! With the warmer temperatures and longer days, we wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about some news and updated happenings here in the office.
Exciting news first! The three of us (Dr. Ellison, Shannon and Aleah) are doing excellent. We just got back from Cal-Jam, a conference in southern California at the end of February. We learned a ton of awesome information from some of the world’s brightest and best educators about chiropractic, health and wellness, and critical issues that are affecting the health of our entire planet. The experience of being there is unlike any other, and we leave feeling more inspired and on purpose about helping our community thrive.
After being away on medical leave for nearly two months, we are pleased to announce that Christine White, LMP, CCST is back!!! With Spring upon us, now is a great time to look at upping the ante with your diet and nutrition. If you’re in a spot where you want to make some solid changes to your nutrition and food habits, the Standard Process 21 Day Purification Program is a fantastic place to start. Know you want to make some changes, but don’t know where to start? We are here to help answer any questions you may have, and can schedule time to do a longer evaluation if you have more specific concerns or goals you’d like to address.
Be on the look out!! We will be sending out invitations for our annual patient appreciation BBQ that will be happening late spring/early summer. This is always a fun and exciting event, where we cater in food, sip tasty beverages, and socialize and appreciate all of the wonderful people that come here for care (i.e. YOU!!). The weather will be nice and warm, and we’ll have the patio doors open for everyone to enjoy the sun and sights of Lake Union.
As a reminder, we host weekly wellness workshops that address the areas that people most commonly have questions about, such as posture and body mechanics, exercise, nutrition and stress management. They are typically on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. Please let us know if you, or a guest, are interested in attending and we can let you know when the next one is being held!
