July is National Watermelon Month!!! Watermelon is 92% water and 8% sugar, hence the name watermelon. It’s a great way to stay hydrated in the warm and sunny summer months. Watermelon is also a great source of lycopene. In fact, it has more lycopene than any other fruit or vegetable.
